Manage your Ethikal profile, personal information, and account preferences.

Accessing Your Profile​

  1. Log in to Ethikal
  2. Click your profile icon (top right)
  3. Select Account Settings
  4. Navigate to Profile tab

Basic Information​

Profile Photo​

Upload Photo:

  1. Click profile photo
  2. Choose Upload Photo
  3. Select image (JPG, PNG)
  4. Crop if needed
  5. Save

Requirements:

  • Max size: 5MB
  • Square format recommended
  • Min resolution: 200x200px

Remove Photo:

  • Click photo → Remove → Confirm

Display Name​

Change Display Name:

Display Name: [________________]
              (3-30 characters)

✓ Letters, numbers, spaces
✓ Underscores, hyphens
✗ Special characters

Visibility: Public on your profile and NFTs

Username​

Username: @privacyadvocate

  • Unique across Ethikal
  • 3-20 characters
  • Cannot be changed (contact support if needed)
  • Used for @mentions

Bio​

Add Bio:

Email Address​

  1. Click Change Email
  2. Enter new email
  3. Enter password
  4. Click Send Verification
  5. Check email and verify

Add Secondary Email:

  • Backup for account recovery
  • Alternative notifications
  • Up to 3 emails total

Phone Number​

Add Phone (optional):

  1. Click Add Phone Number
  2. Enter number with country code
  3. Receive SMS verification
  4. Enter code

Delete Account​

Permanent Account Deletion:

⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone!

What Gets Deleted:

  • Account information
  • Privacy settings
  • Auction history (from platform)
  • Preferences

What Remains:

  • NFTs (in your wallet)
  • Blockchain transactions
  • Already-paid earnings

Process:

  1. Click Delete Account
  2. Read warnings carefully
  3. Enter password
  4. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  5. Account deleted within 30 days
